My artwork has evolved over time. It all began with a trip to the art store decades ago. I had never taken an art class. I just wanted to create. I love experimenting with different styles of paints and mediums and that's why I have fallen in love with fluid art. You never know how a piece will turn out. To me, that's the exciting part of creating.
I paint on cradled wood panels in all different sizes. Each wood panel has about a 2"-3" frame so it creates depth when its hung on the wall. I use the finest acrylic paints on every piece. Each piece uses a mixture of 5 to 7 different colors that blend together to create a mesmerizing piece of art. My goal is to create a conversation piece for your home.
The fact is this: artwork saved my life. I am very open about my own personal struggles with mental health. In my darkest moments, I have always been able to create art to help lift my spirit and feed my soul. For me, artwork allows to me escape. It allows me to express myself. The greatest joy is seeing how my artwork brings a smile to the person who hangs it on their wall.
